I never knew

That finding the right type of curtains would go easier if I’d gotten a Ph.D. in quantum physics. Way too involved…

And yes, this has nothing to do with writing, though if you find a way to connect it, I’ll be rather impressed.

I see that smile.

I’m pretty sure the Ph.D. wouldn’t have helped. The wave function of things like curtain choices never seems to collapse to just one state.

PS – dear Blogger; your word verification text is getting indecipherable.

We’ell, it just goes to show you that you never know what you’re going to need to know while you’re crafting your great American Novel.
And it sure would be nice to have a book advance to cover the cost of curtains, wouldn’t it? Pricier than you ever thought, I bet, for pieces of material that you hang over your windows.

Wave function of curtains? Is that a pun?

(and I’ll turn off verification if that makes it easier for folks. Though it may have to come back on should a bunch of spam slip in.)

And yes. A few yards of material and a metal rod should not cost the same as a small medical procedure. Just wrong.
